Domain registrations are non-refundable because the registration is processed and paid to the registry immediately.
4. Renewals and Recurring Charges
Renewal charges are billed automatically prior to the end of each billing cycle. To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your service before the renewal date. Refunds are not generally provided for renewal payments once a new billing cycle has begun.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please open a support ticket from your account dashboard with your order details and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your provider.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. Accounts associated with a chargeback may be suspended pending resolution.
